Neither dressbuilder.com or its owners or suppliers accept any
responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting
from the use of any products sold. Use is at consumer's risk. Liability
is limited solely to replacement of faulty merchandise.; All orders
must be prepaid before we begin processing. Shipping costs are not
refundable. If a refund is given, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and
adherence to these terms, and the terms below. See our Clothing

Our Clothing Guarantee
dressbuilder.com fully warrants all of our clothing against any
defects in materials or craftsmanship. Please inspect your garments
upon arrival.
If they do not fit, we will be happy to alter them for a different size.
If you are unhappy with the quality, we will be happy to work with
you until any reasonable complaints are dealt with. We take pride in
the workmanship of each dress, but will not be responsible for buyer's
remorse
Please note: We will not accept returned garments that have been
worn, washed, damaged or soiled and each will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense.

REFUNDS: Any items returned for refund must have an authorization
code written plainly on the package or it will be automatically
returned to sender.  NO REFUNDS can be given for custom work.  
This would include any self designed dresses or deviation in pattern
or fabric content as offered for specific gowns, and garments that are
not ready made. If your order form asks for measurements it is a
custom garment.  If we determine for any reason that a refund is due,
we will issue you an authorization for that return. DO NOT PHONE
US FOR THE CODE....Though we may be unavailable at times by
phone, and you'd need your code, we are always answering emails,
even by remote. So if you need to get a return code, please email us
for it.  If you decide you want to return your gown, you must do so
within 24 hours of receipt.. That DOES NOT mean you must
OVERNIGHT your package to us....We just need to be able to see a
postmark or shipping label that indicates that you mailed it within 24
hours of receipt This is our way of cutting down on the "wear and
return" scam so prevalent in this industry...

We reserve the right to take up to 90 days to process the refunds on
any returned items or cancelled orders. Cancelled order may be
subject to a 25%  restocking fee.

Please note,  A CUSTOMIZED dress is a dress made just for you,
therefore it is unusual for a company doing custom clothing to offer a
return policy of any kind, but we believe it is in all parties best
interest to have the return option available.  If you are kind enough to
put your trust in us, we believe we should do the same...
